Does anyone know of a good Celtic tattoo artist in Philadelphia?
I want to get a Celtic design on the inside of my bicep and I would like to find a tattoo artist who specializes in or is very experienced in doing Celtic artwork.

If you don’t mind spending a little money, Chopper Tattoo can find you a great Celtic tattoo artist in Philadelphia, or anywhere else you choose. They also have good designs that you can choose from, too. I’ve personally chosen them to find a good artist for myself.
