Is it more expensive than a regular tatoo?

justus1995 July 22nd, 2009

my friend got one and (in germany) he paid about twice as much as 4 a regular one

sry 4 bad english

liltthegthatsme July 29th, 2009

how much did that cost?

mmhmmlala August 17th, 2009

invisible at least once it heals, a buddy of mine got it on her face hah

xtruma August 17th, 2009

its never fully invisible….it cant be invisible… the ink is a liquid trapped under the outer layer of ur skin, of course its gonna show some marks…like osme yellowish outlines of the actual tattoo… the best way to do an UV tattoo is to also tattoo the outline of the design with regular ink, so u can see it as a regular tattoo, and in the dark, the UV ink will show too…thats HOTTTTTT

mmhmmlala August 21st, 2009

yeah well nothing ever completely invisible like you said but hers is going well it prolly just makup but evenwithout it theres very little signs of telling that she has one unless you stare

dude blacklight tattoos are the best ya they scar up once they are put on ya but once they heal, then the fun begins, im thinking of doing my whole entire upper body, besides my head in blacklight tattos

koolkyle94 September 1st, 2009

can u see them in the light if not thats retarded

aperkins07 September 12th, 2009

it depends if you want it to show. There are different inks to make uv tattoos show in regular light and blacklight or just to show in blacklight. If it shows under regular light, it’s just going to look like a regular tattoo and won’t glow. It might sound retarded, but this helps when looking for jobs so ur employer doesn’t judge you for them. the idea of a uv dragon is nice, but I bet a lot more ppl are going to do this… I’d like to see someone have a uv tattoo other than one that glows blue

xtruma September 16th, 2009

a quick question…. DID ANYONE WHO GOT UV INK TATTOOS GET ANY INFECTIONS, REJECTIONS, RASHES OR ANY SIDE EFFECTS AT ALL AFTER THE TATTOOING ??? IM ABOUT TO GET MY FIRST UV TATTOO, AND JUST CURIOUS…. THANKS…

warhawk84 October 9th, 2009

blacklight/uv ink isnt that bad for you. the ones that will mess you up are the regular glow in the dark inks. ive heard of people having a rash for over 10 years

xtruma October 9th, 2009

sorry but i got lsot there for a second… blacklight, UV ink and regular glow in the dark ink ?? are they the same thing ?? they all glow in the dark.. tell me if im wrong..lol i use skin candy UV/blacklight ink…people say it glows brighter and safer too…

warhawk84 October 11th, 2009

both glow with a blacklight but regular glow in the dark is the stuff your tv remote might have. you hold in under a regular light then turn everything off and it glows for a bit. problem is that its a chemical reaction. uv ink just shines with a different light so its pretty safe

xtruma October 12th, 2009

i see what u mean… but i didnt knopw they made ink out of glowing chemical, jsut like those Xmas ornements in the form of stars, moon etcc…lol i got uv ink, thats as good as im gonna get today so im pretty happy with it…lol thanks for the comment

some people like tattoos but cant get them or dont want other people seeing them all the time, so stfu

isaacharvey December 4th, 2009

blacklight/UV ink is the same thing, which fluoresces under ultraviolet light (i.e. turns invisible UV rays into light we can see), unlike ‘glow-in-the-dark’ which absorbs light-energy and continues to glow after the light is off.
An example of fluorescence is getting a highlighter pen and putting under UV light (eg. at a night club, or with those cheap kids ‘spy pens’ that write with invisible ink and have a UV LED light on the end to read the messages)

greenrevoman December 24th, 2009

no…the only problem with mine was during i have a scorpion on my arm the way it looks is like what u would see if u want to ur back yard with a black light and saw one one the wall looks pretty real ..anyways the way the ink is the guy had to make a few passes on it for the ink to take but it healed fine it just scabed up pretty bad from all the passes he made
